More Detail
-
Kick-off Session (1.5hrs)
In this session we will:
Get to know each other and discuss the triad coaching format
Discuss two tools (CliftonStrengths & Values Navigator) that you will use before your first session. They help us gain further insights into what motivates and energizes you.
Schedule your individual insight conversations and triad sessions
Share your intentions for the conversation and what you would like to discuss in the triad sessions.
Not sure what to discuss in your conversations with your partner? Not a problem. I will help you identify the right goals for you and your business – ones that resonate with you and that are meaningful to where you are now and where you want to be.
-
Individual Insight Conversations (1.5hrs)p
This conversation is all about you!
We will discuss your CliftonStrengths report and your Personal Values.
Answer any questions you might have.
-
Format:
Each Triad Session has a pre and post conversation with participants individually. The pre-triad, triad, and post-triad conversations all occur within 2-5 days of each other:
Pre-triad conversations (you and me): For each party to spend time with me individually, to update me on any relevant issues. It is also for either party to ask for help bringing up challenging issues.
Triad Sessions (all three of us): These discussions are based on where you are now and where you’d like to be as a partnership into the future. We use a conversational facilitation approach to understanding one another’s perspectives, alignment to your shared goals, and strategies to achieve goals.
Post-triad conversations (you and me): Check in after the triad to ensure each individual feels that they were heard and that what they wanted to bring up was covered. It may also be where you share other issues/concerns that would be relevant for a future conversation.
-
Every week, you’ll receive a brief check-in from me to see where you are, help you keep your partnership ‘promises’ top of mind, celebrate your success, and help you troubleshoot along the way. You’re not going at it alone!
You will receive a weekly, individual email from me where you can ask questions or bounce ideas/thoughts around.
Each week you will reflect, measure your progress, and determine if strategies are working or need to be modified. We will work together for you to adjust plans as needed so that you maintain your partnership momentum.
-
Throughout the program you will receive access to relevant resources for your partnership. Depending on what you need for success this might be:
Templates to use for various aspects of your work (E.g., agenda for weekly meetings)
Tailored questions for you to prompt meaningful conversation
Helpful how-to videos
-
To close out the program, we will have a final session to discuss progress and determine next steps.
What you’ll walk away with:
A shared understanding of each other’s strengths, blind spots, and working styles
Tools to handle tension or disagreement with respect and skill
A clear division of responsibilities—so you each stay in your lane and thrive
More efficient communication, grounded in trust and mutual respect
A roadmap for making aligned decisions, even under pressure

Have a question?
Peggy Jasperson, Owner, The Human Element Group
“It was so helpful doing this together. It made it easier to have someone neutral who could walk us through our Strengths and how that was causing different things between us.”
